Abstract
This paper seeks to explain the problem and topic of how people with hearing disabilities interact and socially integrate with society by analyzing the role that auditory and physical barriers play in shaping their social experience. The study is based on symbolic interaction theory, which assumes that social interactions are built on the symbolic meanings exchanged between individuals..Researchers have identified dozens of barriers to social interaction as the main targets of the deaf, including barriers to communication and social environments. This paper focuses on how these barriers affect the quality and social interactions for deaf individuals. How daily interactions affect the construction of personal and social identity for these individuals, with emphasis on the role of social support and social attitudes . . . . Data are analyzed based on principles of symbolic interaction theory, emphasizing the importance of shared symbols and meanings in shaping social interactions.Finally, the study provides suggestions for improving deaf social interaction by enhancing community understanding reducing their barriers and developing strategies Effective support for people with hearing disabilities.
