Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to verify their submission's compliance with all the following items. Submissions may be returned to authors who do not adhere to these guidelines.
ü Submissions must be original works that have not been previously published, either in full or in part, in journals, books, or other sources. Additionally, the work should not have been rejected by other journals for academic reasons.
ü The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or PDF document file format.
ü Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
ü The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
ü All author information should be added to the submission metadata.
ü The corresponding author is required to provide the names and complete details of all contributing authors during the submission process in the system. Any author not listed at this stage will not be included in the final manuscript.
ü Authors must clearly specify whether the research is derived from a diploma, master's, or doctoral thesis, or conducted for the purpose of obtaining any of these degrees, and state the title of the original thesis or dissertation.
ü Your manuscript should contain no more than 25% text generated by AI tools.
ü The manuscript's similarity score should be no more than 20%.
ü Review articles must adhere to the journal's guideline that limits review research to no more than 20% of the content in each issue.
ü A submission fee of 250,000 and fifty thousand Iraqi Dinars must be paid to the journal's financial officer at the time of manuscript submission. This fee is non-refundable, even in the case of manuscript rejection.
