Abstract

Forecasting is a new theory that has been widely used in the field of work. In this research, prediction theory was used in the university institution and more precisely, in the Department of Social Work of the College of Humanities of Sulaimani University. What this study is looking for is whether social work students have expectations for their careers after graduation. Here, using the qualitative method, we have come to the conclusion that students' expectations are not far from the science they learn, but in the direction that what they learn in the department of social work.
