Abstract

China in 2013 initiated the way of silk and announced the reviving of the old route. Accordingly, they built a huge network of landways, airways, and seaways, as well as fuel pipelines, gasoline, electric cables, and number lines. Thus, it created a new strong pole, which became the biggest project. On the economic infrastructure of the world, it is characterized by the biggest aim on the geoeconomic side in modern history. Beside the progress in China's economy and the authoritarian of America for initial business routes in the world, the study of Alfred Mahan is the most important gender in international politics for changing and transitioning in the form and strategies of the outside world. Moreover, influential media or ways of transport like a new map lead world trade in two directions: geoeconomics and geopolitics. In the first direction, it works on establishing a cooperative market, which is near Europe. On the second direction (geopolitics), it admires the ability to obtain a global dominant force by depending on a new method of progressing the improvement of economic infrastructure. These agendas are like a path of soft attack between the economy, and strategies require many main ways and protentional ways. The bridge of Eurasia and Iran lines Turkey; they are the main two points for China's highness, so the place and Kurdistan become strategic points on this project.

The aim of this research is to introduce and analyze the Chinese project movement and usage of the Silk Road, showing the effects on geo-economics and geopolitics through an international or regional record. Incidentally, the path has attracted researchers to analyze and describe it as a historical source. We divided our research into an introduction and a reference to a geographic study, then talked about four theories.

On the first theory, we shared the strategies, supports, and history of the Silk Project; secondly, we talked about the various goals of China through accelerating this way; the most important goal is changing the unipolarization system in the world. Through this route, China needs to break off the world road, thus creating a manifest record in history and geography science. The third theory considered the barriers in front of the project, which are leading the international conflicts into a new phase. Besides, on the fourth theory, we analyzed the position of the Middle East among the huge countries; in addition, we stated about the most important sectors, Kurdistan and Iraq among them; moreover, we mentioned the aims and choices of forces to conduct with the new culture and the barriers or revolutions that were expected because of the geopolitical connection of the project.

As a result, the project reveals the strategic conception of China nowadays; they are following the system as a significant method to enter the universe path; China would become a place of international system and determining the route of unipolarism. Some areas are like bridges in this project and officially participate in the project and have great importance, but other areas have important importance without official agreement, which makes these areas suspended between rival forces, and in case of any conflict or problems in the implementation of this project, they will benefit because their interests will not be protected, as we saw in the removal of the government of Adel Abdul Mahdi, so this project has the potential to harm the region as much as the benefits.

Kurdistan is of great importance in this project, and two lines and several secondary roads that pass through it will become a link area that is expected to further connect the regions. This new situation will have a positive impact on trade and the economy. This prediction has increased the fear of the occupying countries of Kurdistan, especially Turkey. For this reason, Turkey considers it a threat to its security and has decided to build a wall between the neighboring countries. Of course, during any Kurdish political movement, it uses military force.
