The objectives of this research are to determine the role of educational tools on improving the quality of the teaching-learning process from teachers' perspectives, to identify differences in the level of impact of educational tools according to the variables of gender (male-female), years of service, type of certificate, school stage (elementary-preparatory), type of school (public and private), as well as identifying the obstacles that prevent teachers from using educational tools. The research population consisted of all teachers in public and private schools in Sulaymaniyah Governorate for the academic year 2024-2025 who are currently working. The research sample consisted of (149) teachers of both genders, selected using simple random sampling method. The instrument used was the scale of "Educational Tools," which the researchers prepared by benefiting from previous studies. The most important statistical tools used were: arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, T-test, Cronbach's Alpha, and ANOVA.The results revealed:
1. The level of use and impact of educational tools in improving the quality of the teaching-learning process from teachers' perspectives is at a high level.
2. There is no statistical difference in the level of use and impact of educational tools in improving the quality of the teaching-learning process from teachers' perspectives according to the gender variable.
3. A statistical difference is observed in the level of use and impact of educational tools in improving the quality of the teaching-learning process from teachers' perspectives according to the school type variable (elementary-preparatory), and the difference was in favor of elementary schools.
4. There is no statistical difference in the level of use of educational tools in improving the quality of the teaching-learning process from teachers' perspectives according to the years of service variable.
5. There is no statistical difference in the level of impact of educational tools in improving the quality of the teaching-learning process from teachers' perspectives according to the years of service variable.
6. There is a positive relationship between the use of educational tools and the level of teaching effectiveness.
Finally, the researchers, in light of the results, presented several recommendations, which are:
1. The importance of giving more attention to the use of educational tools in schools.
2. Opening training courses so that teachers become familiar with the use of new teaching tools.
