Abstract

The aim of this research is to show the importance of the data differences in aerobic capability and compound skill performance between the groups that are under the test, the first group that used. strength training to resist body weight and the second group that used strength training to resist extra body weight, and the third group that used strength training to resist body weight with extra weight. It recognizes the importance of the data differences in aerobic capability and compound skill performance between the three research groups, the significance of the research appeared on evaluating with the three kinds of resistance according the applying of particular muscle strength training. The researcher supposed that ther were important difference in aerobic capability and compound skill performance between the testes for the test groups (experimental groups) that used the strength exercises. For aversion to extra weights, for the sake of evaluating. For the research sample it intentionally was selected to show (% 77.41) of the youth of Koya Sports Club in football.. The investigators and test approach used the analytical combination (spss) to take out the consequences. According to these outcomes the researcher holds out a group of conclusions and the most significant one is the newest strength exercising teaching for resistance and for body weight resistance that were accomplished by the first experimentary group. The strength training for the resistance (body weight and extra weights) made asprit progressing the compound skill performance, and ther were no spirit progress in aerobic capability and the outcomes of the first compound skill performance did not appear spirit differences between the research groups.
