The current research aims to identify the values of some bio-kinematic variables between jump
topspin serve and back row spike skills in volleyball. Also, to identify the differences in some biokinetic variables between jump topspin serve and back row spike skills in volleyball. The researchers
used the descriptive approach comparatively, while the research sample was intentionally composed
of players from the Iraqi elite volleyball league for the season (2022-2023), who numbered (4)
players. The researcher used several devices, tools, and means of collecting information, including
questionnaires, and three-dimensional photography. To process the data, he used the researcher
published the Statistical Portfolio (SPSS), Issue (28). The researchers reached some conclusions.
Firstly, the distance of the body’s center of gravity of the ball during the jump and the approximate
run for the back-smash skill was better than it was for the ace serve. Secondly, the displacement of
(left foot, left ankle, left knee, left hip) for the skill of hitting the back smash during the approach run
was better than it was during the smash serve. Moreover, the displacement (right hand, right anchor,
right elbow, right shoulder, ball, center of gravity of the body)) of the skill of hitting the back smash
during the approach run was better than it was in the smash serve. Also, the angle (right elbow, right
ankle, left ankle, left hip) of the skill of hitting the back smash while jumping and hitting was better
than it was during the smash serve. Finally, the angular speed (right ankle, left knee) of the skill of
hitting the back smash during the jump was better than that of the back smash
