Abstract

The American foreign policy in its external behavior was based on many factors that greatly influenced the crystallization of an intellectual system through which it was able to access the outside world, especially in order to dominate the international system, and because of the formation of the nature of American society, the American right worked to build its empire and achieve its ambition To fuse the different and contradictory tendencies within the American society in a religious crucible through the ideologicalization of American politics in this way, and then framing it with realistic frameworks from which it starts in applying the religious strategy that always depends on the dialectic of the relationship between benefits and costs in the field of its movement. Therefore, American foreign policy began to give way to extremist religious movements, especially the Taliban movement, in order to create other opportunities for them to enter into opportunities for conflict and domination, after ISIS was defeated as an extremist movement in Iraq, despite the difference in the approaches of both movements and their fighting philosophy, but ISIS cannot get out of the axis of Al-Qaeda. The female students' movement is an extension of this intellectual extremism.
