Abstract

 

The balance of emotion is the basics of healthy human, a balanced human has major chance more likely to enjoy living, This research tries to answer those questions about the extent to which is balance of emotion at primary school administrators in Sulaimaniyah at which level. The aim of this study is to find out the level of the balance of emotion by the principals of primary schools and the level of co-ordination according to the changing (race, age, type of education) in terms of research examples, and this research has used the method of description as a scientific way in the research.

The research community consists of all principals of the Sulaimaniyah City Center's primary schools for the school year (2021-2020), numbering 424, an example of the research is from basic school managers of both east and west educational directorate in Sulaimaniyah, consisting of 194 principals, in the result the study come to a conclusion that the balance of emotions among elementary schools are in a high level.

There is no different from the level of equilibrium by elementary school principals according to gender change (male and female), the balance of the emotions from elementary school principals by the class of age of (52 – 62) is at a high level and does not differ from the balance of school managers according to the difference between Eastern educational and Western educational
