The Lydian emigrated around the (12th) century BC to western Anatolia, initially settling as scattered groups in northern Anatolia for nearly (4) centuries, the Lydian gained political power during the rule of the Mermnad family, at the beginning of (7th) century BC king Gyges was able to gather the Lydian within the framework of a united political authority and made the Sardis the political capital of the lydians, after this king several other kings ruled the Lydian and were able to strengthen the kingdom of Lydia, especially during the both kings (Alyattes and Croesus). in this research, the shed light on the situations and changes in the Kingdom of Lydia during the reign of these two kings.
