The event of 100 meters  hurdles one of the most complicated events in athletics and that needs to change from normal sprinting to step through the barrier and then return to normal jogging step .where lies the difficulty in constantly changing kinetic preference between running at full speed and pass the barrier requires high transmission between regular jogging step by step the barrier and high flow by returning to step jogging after passing the barrier and through the researcher's observation of the beginner's championship and the supervision of some of the training of the group age the researcher noticed a fluctuation in the level of transition The flow between the usual jogging step and the step of crossing the barrier and then back to the jogging step all prompted the researcher to find a training method through repetitive jump exercises of the back and side muscles to develop the motor flow of the jogging step and the step of crossing the barrier and then developing the completion of the effectiveness of running 100 meters barrier and the objective of the research to identify the effect of repetitive and lateral back-jumping exercises in the development of the kinetic flow of the usual jogging step and the barrier step. The research sample consisted of (6) the researcher used the experimental method using the 100 m hurdles test and used video imaging and mechanical analysis using the (kinovea) analysis program. For the tribal tests then the researcher applied his training program using the repetitive exercises prepared by the researcher and then carried out the remote tests in the same way as in the tribal tests and extracted the results using the bag The researcher concluded that the use of lateral and reverse jumping exercises to develop the motor flow between the barriers.
