Abstract

The current study under study aims to identify the views of the teachers of physical education to recognize the importance of the Halinger scale in the educational process in recognizing the effectiveness of the administrative performance of the supervisors of sports activity and scouting in order to achieve the educational goals of the lesson of physical education and sports sciences. The standard consisted of (25) Meet the requirements of scientific tests distributed in 5 areas:

The scale was distributed to 466 sports education teachers in six districts in Baghdad (Karkh 1, Karkh 2, Karkh 3, Risafa 1, Risafa 2 and Rasafa 3(The current study has reached the adoption of the Halinger scale for educational management in measuring the effectiveness of the administrative performance of sports and scouts leaders in Baghdad. Adopting the correct scientific foundations in evaluating the administrative performance of the directors of sports activity and scouting in Baghdad.
