Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out the relationship between the orientation towards athletic
excellence and the personal characteristics of Young people players, The researchers used the
descriptive approach, A sample of 23 players from the Al-Wefaq club, They were chosen in a
deliberate manner, The researchers used the measure of orientation towards mathematical
excellence and the measure of personality traits as the main tools in this research, The most
important findings of the two researchers that there is a relationship of moral correlation between
the trend towards athletic excellence and personality traits.
