Object of the Research
1. Setting exercises using gymnastics barriers in order to develop some of the physical and
kinetic characteristics for the artistic gymnastics buds.
2. Identifying the differences between the before and after of tests of variables. The research was
applied on a sample of gymnastics buds which have been selected randomly for age of (5-6) years

for males of totaling 10 children. The experimental design was chosen, which is called the One-
Design Group. It was started on ( Saturday) in ( 5/11/2016 ) and by (3 units) in the week. The

researchers found out to the most important conclusions: -
The Proposed Exercises achieved the development of some physical and kinetic characters of
Gymnastics Buds aging (5-6) years.
The most important recommendations: -
• Pay attention to barriers Gymnastics to develop some of the physical and kinetic characteristics
of the buds category.
• Build private rooms for barriers gymnastics training to the develop the physical and kinetic
characters for buds category.
