Abstract
It highlights the importance of current research to identify the personal characteristics of the Tdrisie Department of Physical Education at the College of Basic Education at the University of Mosul, from the perspective of students.
And show the problem of current research at the researcher by answering the following question:
- What is the degree of personal characteristics of the calendar Tdrisie Department of Physical Education at the College of Basic Education from the perspective of students (male and female students) in stages (second, third and fourth)?
The aim of this research is to identify the:
- Evaluating the degree of personal characteristics to Tdrisie Sports Department of Education in the core from the viewpoint of the students in the College of Education stages (second, third and fourth).
- Statistical differences to evaluate the students' personal characteristics for teachers between the three stages (the second, third and fourth).
- Statistical differences to evaluate the students' personal characteristics for teachers are among the students. Presumably researcher as follows:
- And no statistically significant differences to evaluate the students' personal characteristics for teachers between stages (second, third and fourth).
- And no statistically significant differences to evaluate the students' personal characteristics for teachers are among the students in the three stages.
The researcher used the descriptive survey manner and style comparisons of suitability and the nature of the current research.
The research sample included the students in the three stages who answered the scale search fully totaling 190 students, as well as after excluding termed consistency and experience reconnaissance of the scale, so that the research sample was (78.51%) of the total research community. The researcher used the following statistical methods:
Percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, average premise, simple correlation coefficient, the law (v) of the samples independent unequal number, test analysis of variance.
The researcher used the personal characteristics of university teaching scale After learning about the scientific processing of the scale.
The researcher concluded the following:
- Evaluate the personal characteristics of the Tdrisie Sports Department of Education from the perspective of the students had a positive assessment is high.
The researcher recommends the following:
- To provide moral and material support for teachers outstanding academically and practically to enhance the positive characteristics they have and encourage them to ensure the success of the educational process.
