This research involves the study of the effect of consuming black seeds in Malondialdehyde and some antioxidants after aerobic exercises among practitioners of the sport. In order to see the effect of black seed in the oxidation-reduction and increase of the antioxidants those occur in athletes after sports activities. This is to find a way to protect the players from risk of free roots that invade and destroy the cells. Ultimately, this leads to appearance of certain phenomena in the athletes’ bodies that they are not aware of. And this is to serve athletes functional, physical and psychological aspects and also to serve workers on the field of training, as well as those who engage in physical activities.

Procedures and the research methodology 

The researcher has used an experimental method because of the suitability nature of the method with the research. It is conducted on students of Faculty of education- Qaladze at Raparin University for practitioners of physical activities for the academic year (2014-2015). The number of participants were (25) students. They are divided into two groups (10) students Experimental group and (10) students of  Control group. Blood samples are drawn three times: once at rest and again after aerobic exercises and the last time after giving (2gm) of black seed to the Experimental Group for two weeks after performing aerobic exercises and then blood samples were drawn from the group to determine the rate of (Malondialdehyde, vitamin E, vitamin C, Al Glutathione GSH, the enzyme super oxide dismutase SOD). The researcher used the statistical program (SPSS-V 17) for statistical analysis.

The Research aims: 

1.  The Effects of eating black seeds in Malondialdehyde and some antioxidants between values (Resting, pretest, posttest) of the experimental group with the practitioners of the sport after exhaustion.

2. Differences between the effect of eating black seeds by the Experimental group and the Control group after two tests in Malondialdehyde and some antioxidants by the practitioners of the sport after exhaustion.

The research hypotheses

1. The existence of differences in testing values (resting, pretest and posttest) in the experimental group in Malondialdehyde and some antioxidants of the practitioners of the sport.

2. The existence of differences between the Experimental and Control groups in Malondialdehyde and some antioxidants in the posttests of the practitioners of the sport after exhaustion. 

The study reached the following conclusions:

1. Eating black seeds led to a decline in the level of Malondialdehyde between the pretest and posttest of experimental group and the experimental and the control group; and the experimental group has the advantage over the two groups.

2. Eating black seeds led to an increased in the level of (vitamin E, vitamin C and Glutathione and enzyme Super Oxide Dismutase) between pretest and posttest of experimental group and the result is in favor of the posttest.

In light of the conclusions, the study recommends the following:

1. Emphasis on the fact that Black seeds should be given to the athletes under the supervision of doctors.

2. Further studies should be conducted on black seeds consumption with larger quantities and for longer periods of time.

3. Encouragement of diverse studies on activities and various trainings.
