Abstract
The research aims to identify the internal organization of the level of the sports teams and its
relationship to the accomplishment with football teams winning the first centers in the province of
Kurdistan League, it was used descriptive method-style Correlative and Comparative to achieve the
goals of the research, and represent the research community (14) participants Team Champions
provincial football. included sample of the research taking place at centers difference first
(Abeshmrkh Arbil, Kirkuk, Nowruz, Hervanh), totaling 72 players, was used content analysis and
personal interview and a measure of internal organization, which consists of scale (social cohesion,
cohesion motor, and the stability of the architecture and interaction team) as a means of gathering
information, have been using the arithmetic mean and standard deviation and coefficient of
torsional modulus simple correlation to Spearman and analysis of variance in one direction and test
(T). it is the most important conclusions that had been reached that the internal organization of the
team with a positive relationship with the achievement and the teams that have the manifestations of
the internal organization of its the ability to obtain positive results.
