The importance of research through the growing phenomenon of replacing the trainers quickly and the clubs and sports federations the amounts of penalty condition, which is often a large amount burdens on these clubs and unions in addition to lawsuits and many procedures, and thus pay these parties large sums of money without the benefit of them, Which imposed on itself, so the researcher decided to clarify the reality of this situation and come out with recommendations that may benefit the administrations of clubs and unions to avoid the occurrence and recurrence of this matter.
