Summary
The athletic movement has witnessed a rapid and effective development throughout the past years, and this due to some emerging changes that have affected most of the individual and collective games. The development and improvement of performance is regarded an essential goal for every athlete and coach. Volleyball is one of the athletes that followed by many sports' fans. The game is characterized by its instability in terms of repetition of movement. And the means that have a positive impact in the development of the skills of volleyball, especially the skill of the wall repelling, include the different height exercises. And through the experience of field researchers and their work with the national and local teams as a player and coach, they observed that there is a clear weakness in the strength of jumping from the volleyball Peshmerga players as they are not able to jump to an appropriate height and the ball wall repelling directed by the players of the opposing team, as a result, the researchers were called to tackle this particular problem and it needs to be studied through the use of exercises in different heights of the boxes in a scientific way to realize which of the heights is the best in developing the skill of repelling.
The aim of the research is to identify the biomechanical changes of wall skill of repelling for the volleyball players, and prepare a number of exercises in different heights according to the biomechanical changes of the volleyball wall repelling skill. The research's sample includes Peshmerga club players in the category of 10 progressed players. In one hand, the researchers used the experimental method to adapt the reality of the problem to the experimented group, while on the other hand, the field research included the testing of biomechanical changes which composes of (ability, push force, contact time, jump height, flight time) in volleyball wall repelling skill. The researchers prepared a series of exercises using different heights of (6) weeks including(3) units per week, and within the period of preparation and after the repeating tests, they had found that there is an improvement in the level of performance of the wall repelling skill After using the appropriate statistical methods, the researchers reached the following conclusion There is a clear and real impact of exercises in the development of some improvements including (ability, push force, contact time, jump height, flight time). Elevation training has achieved in all biomechanical variables. The exercises used in the training curriculum were designed to develop and improve the performance. And the researchers recommended that the exercises they have designed should be used due to their having a positive role in the development of the wall repelling skill. And the preparation of training curricula according to the biomechanical indicators in order to identify and diagnose weaknesses during the performance of the wall repelling, and conduct studies on skills and other age categories
