A research hypothesis framework was designed, resulting in two hypotheses. To verify the validity of these hypotheses, they were subjected to a series of statistical tests. The research followed a descriptive-analytical approach, in which the research variables and their dimensions were described, as well as the research population represented by Seven Net Layers General Trading and Information Technology Limited. A total of 85 questionnaires were distributed to the research participants, and 80 valid questionnaires were obtained for analysis. Correlation and causal relationships were tested using statistical methods via SPSS v-26. The study suggested the need to maintain high levels of job engagement and marketing performance, and to capitalize on the correlation and causal relationship between job engagement and Perceived marketing performance at both the macro and micro levels, directing this towards further strengthening the organization’s position.
