Abstract

As the center of Islamic science and culture, Baghdad has had prominent figures who had a positive influence on the intellectual and scientific changes of their time. Meanwhile, Kurdish scientific and literary figures are considered as talented and influential people. The study examines the influence of these people, such as Mufti Zahawi, on the emergence and development of the Islamic intellectual movement.
Interpreting his life, works, thought and discussing the scientific and cultural relations between the Kurds and other scholars in Baghdad, it is clear that the Kurds, as a bridge between philosophical, scientific and literary thought and enriched the movement of Islamic thought in Baghdad. The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of this personality on the intellectual centers and scientific developments of Baghdad.
