This research is an attempt to explain the subject of unjust exchange in the book (Al-Fadila) and the efforts of the distinguished scholar Sayyid Abdul Rahimi Rumi in this field, explains to us that unjust exchange is like a two-edged sword; If experts and scientists use it wisely; It will stabilize societies and the scholars will have their strong influence against oppression and the oppressors, but whenever unjust change is at the hands of people who are not familiar with the text and purposes of Shari'ah; It will cause instability in society and disrupt one of the main pillars of the reform that Islam works for
