Abstract
This research, entitled (Text Aesthetics in Rumi's Occasional Poetry), works on two topics: on the one hand, it presents a comprehensive view of the concept of poetry in general and occasion poetry in particular It builds the artistry of the text, and poetry as a literary genre has a number of principles and characteristics of gender, beauty, pleasure and emotion, etc., and has aesthetic value in its composition.
This study shows the value of Rumi's poetic texts in terms of art and beauty and corrects the general understanding about occasion poetry by presenting several poetic texts of Rumi in terms of (high poetic language, poetic images, poetic symbols). Therefore, occasion poetry, like any other type of poetry, has its own aesthetic characteristics. If aesthetics determines the artistic existence of a text in terms of pleasure and beauty, then this is clearly evident in Rumi's poetic texts.
