Abstract

The poet Mawlana's views on the Companions, Followers, and Imamate are discussed in this study. It also talks about the disagreement that broke out among the Companions both during and after Ali ibn Abi Talib's rule, which resulted in violent altercations and warfare. In addition to being a renowned poet, Mr. Abdul Rahim Mawlana is a superb scholar in the transmitted and intellectual parts of Islamic studies. He interacted with experts from the Shia community when visiting the frontiers of the Ardalan Emirate in eastern Kurdistan, both during and after his studies. He and Shia scholars engaged in dialogue on a wide range of contentious matters concerning Sunni and Shia, particularly the disagreement that developed between them during Ali ibn Abi Talib's caliphate and afterwards, which resulted in fighting between them, as well as the positions taken by Sunnis and Shia on these historical occurrences.
