Abstract

This paper entitled (Mawlawi and Faith (Gist of Faith) consists of an introduction, two chapters, results and a list of sources.              

The researcher in the first axis tried to show how these doctrinal groups came about and how Ash'ari faith emerged and adopted by Kurdish religious scholars.                                                     

After that, we shed light on the extent of this belief’s influence on a capable jurist, and we showed this influence with evidence.

In the second poplar, the researcher tried to familiarize the readers with the extent of the relection of the poetic doctrine in this book.

And at the end of the research, we published the most important products that we during this research.
