Abstract

The research aimed to design an experimental method using H.I.I.T. training, which is considered one of the most important modern training methods that plays a strong and effective role in developing biomotor and technical abilities. This method is suitable for the modern style of football, requiring coaches to prepare special training sessions, given that football is characterized by high capabilities in both defensive and offensive duties, with the goal of bringing players to their best levels and enabling them to stand out from their peers in the tournaments in which they participate.

The research aimed to identify the effect of H.I.I.T. training on developing some biomotor abilities and offensive skills of football players aged 15-17. The research hypothesis is that H.I.I.T. training has a significant effect on developing the biomotor abilities and offensive skills of young football players aged 15-17. The research population and sample were defined as the youth football players of Al-Mahawil Sports Club aged 15-17. -17 (years, numbering (29)). After excluding goalkeepers and players absent from training, and after the researcher used (4) players for the exploratory experiment, the sample number became (20) players, who were divided by simple random method into two groups (control and experimental) equally, with (10) players in each group.
