The significant interest in futsal training programs has grown in recent years, driven by the player's need for physical, functional, and tactical abilities, as well as defensive and offensive techniques. This, in turn, impacts the skill level of futsal players. Furthermore, advancements in technology have greatly benefited many coaches and experts in this field, enabling them to address the need for specific skills. This research aims to: 1- Identify the non-specialized foot performance of futsal players. 2- Determine the effect of a high-intensity interval training program on the non-specialized foot of futsal players. The most important findings and conclusions are: 1- A high-intensity interval training program has a positive impact on the skill variables of futsal players.
2- Develop skill variables such as kicking the ball for longer distances, dribbling, zigzag running, and shooting accuracy.
