This study aimed to develop a psychomotor program to address psychological crises among young Greco-Roman wrestlers aged 18-20. It also sought to identify the impact of this psychomotor program on improving the skill performance of two holds (the hold, the hand, and the head) among these young wrestlers. The study investigated the differences in post-test scores between the control and experimental groups on the psychological crisis scale and the improvement in skill performance of the studied holds in Greco-Roman wrestling among young wrestlers aged 18-20. The researcher hypothesized that there would be statistically significant differences between the pre-test and post-test scores on psychological crises and certain holds among the young Greco-Roman wrestlers aged 18-20 in the experimental group. There are statistically significant slight differences between the pre- and post-tests of psychological crises and the investigated holds among young Greco-Roman wrestlers aged (18-20) years in the control group. There are statistically significant differences in the pre- and post-tests of psychological crises and skill performance of the two holds (the belt, the hand and the head) among young Greco-Roman wrestlers aged (18-20) years between the experimental and control groups, in favor of the experimental group (under investigation). There is a significant (positive) effect of the psychomotor program in coping with psychological crises and improving the skill level of the grappling, hand, and head grips among young Greco-Roman wrestlers aged 18-20 years. The researcher used the experimental method as it is suitable for the nature of the problem. The research sample consists of 14 Greco-Roman wrestlers from the Army Sports Club, aged 18-20 years, who are part of the research population of Baghdad clubs, which consists of 150 wrestlers, representing 9.33% of the research population. They represent the experimental and control groups for the research, intentionally selected. Psychological tests were administered using the Crisis Psychological Scale, and the researcher adopted the (Samir Sabri Hassan) scale and the psychomotor program. The data were statistically analyzed using the SPSS statistical system. The researcher arrived at a number of conclusions and recommendations.
