This research aims to identify the degree of psychological well-being, emotional balance, and life enjoyment among female university students, and to determine the relationship between psychological well-being, emotional balance, and life enjoyment among female university students. It also seeks to identify differences in psychological well-being, emotional balance, and life enjoyment between female university students who participate in sports and those who do not. The researchers used a descriptive, comparative, and correlational approach, considered the most suitable methodology for achieving the research objectives and testing its hypotheses. The research population consisted of female students from the University of Baghdad (College of Education for Women and College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Women). The research sample comprised 200 female students, with 100 students selected randomly from each college. The researchers used the Psychological Well-being Scale developed by Samira Moussa and Wajdan Jaafar (2008), the Emotional Balance Scale developed by Muhammad Kamal Muhammad (2010), and the Life Enjoyment Scale developed by Tahia Muhammad and Mustafa Ali (2009). After administering the scales, the questionnaires were collected. The data were corrected according to their specific correction keys and then statistically processed using the SPSS statistical package to extract the results. The researchers concluded a number of findings, including: There are differences in the levels of psychological well-being and enjoyment of life among female students who practice sports compared to female students who do not practice sports.
