The current research adopts a study of time management and its factors (personal, organizational, and social) as an independent variable, and work stress and its factors (role conflict, role ambiguity, workload, and physical working conditions). The research aims to achieve the objective of testing the relationship between time management and work stress and the effect of one on the other. To achieve this objective, main hypotheses were formulated, from which several sub-hypotheses were derived. The colleges of Al-Muthanna, Al-Qadisiyah, Dhi Qar, and Kufa were chosen as the study population, and the faculty of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences was selected as the study population. The research sample consisted of (12) department heads, selected purposively from the heads of departments in some colleges. The research reached a number of conclusions, including, for example:
1- Most members of the sample are not affected by personal, organizational, and social obstacles, and time is an important factor for them in performing any task.
2- There is a correlation and influence between time management and work stress. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, including:
1- College administrations should focus on improving working conditions and providing a positive social and organizational climate to reduce work-related stress and raise awareness of the importance of time management.
2- Internal administrative tasks and activities should be organized and distributed among employees according to their specializations to ensure efficient and effective work completion.
