The research aimed to identify the strategy of learning stations in the communication competence and refereeing ability of students in volleyball, The research sample consisted of (24) fourth-year students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - University of Babylon, The researchers adopted an experimental design for the individual group with two pre- and post-measurements. The researchers used appropriate methods and tools, in addition to conducting a exploratory experiment and then conducting the pre-measurement of communicative competence and refereeing ability in volleyball, Implementing the vocabulary of the Learning Stations strategy over a period of (5) weeks at a rate of two units per week, and then conducting the post-measurement, and the results were processed with appropriate statistical methods, The researchers came out with a set of conclusions, the most important of which were: The Learning Stations strategy contributed significantly to developing the communicative competence and refereeing ability in volleyball for members of the experimental group (research sample), in addition to the fact that the experimental group that adopted the Learning Stations strategy achieved clear superiority in communicative competence and refereeing ability in volleyball in the post-measurement compared to the pre-measurement, Accordingly, the researchers recommended the necessity of adopting a learning stations strategy in the volleyball subject related to the arbitration aspect, In addition to emphasizing the introduction of a learning stations strategy into volleyball educational units to develop social variables, especially communicative competence.
