The aim of this study is to develop a practical strategy for the use of social networking platforms in educational work and e-learning in educational institutions, in order to change the behavior of high school students, and correct the illogical view that exists on social networks in education It stems from the fact that social networks have become the main channel of communication, dissemination and sharing of information among sections of society, both students and teachers are constantly exposed to this new reality and has a significant impact on their behavior Overall, the scope of the study consists of the Ministry of Education's planning for e-learning in new technologies. In the framework of the planned behavior method through interviews and observations, the planning of the use of social networks in promoting educational work and e-learning in the institutions of the Ministry of Education as a roadmap for the use of social networks in educational tasks and e-learning in educational institutions in the Kurdistan Region. The researchers identified three strategies for using social networks: (educational, administrative, and usage). As a result, the Ministry of Education has not been able to strategically develop a plan to use social networks in educational and e-learning tasks Social networks have an influential role on the behavior of adolescents, especially high school students in this group, education should be adapted in such a way that adolescents like to learn through the use of modern technology and new media and the education system to update itself.
