Abstract


This research is devoted to the consequences of the crime of genocide against the Kurdish Failis, 1980-2003. Genocide is a crime committed against a people or minority by a state or group to destroy the people against whom the crime was committed Kurdistan and Iraq, by successive Iraqi governments. Therefore, tens of thousands of people have been victims of the policies pursued against them, including the enactment of the Iraqi Citizenship Law No. (42) In 1924 divided Iraqi citizens. This has led the Iraqi government to carry out a policy of deportation, degradation, and genocide against them. This crime has been committed in such a way that it has left a negative impact on the Failis.
This study aims to present the crime of genocide against the Kurdish Failis and the difficult living conditions of the victims. Based on scientific sources and interviews with survivors of the Kurdish Failis genocide.
The content of the research consists of an introduction and three main parts, each of which is divided into several discussions. In the first part, a historical summary of genocide is mentioned. Part 2: Types of genocide are mentioned. Part 3: International decisions on the crimes of genocide are presented. We have presented all the decisions that recognize genocide as a crime and have decided to prohibit it. The Loris are an important part of the Kurdish people. Second: What is the origin of the name of the Kurdish Failis? Third: The geographical area of ​​the Kurdish Failis. Here are the areas where the Kurdish Failis lived. 
In the third section, we have mentioned the consequences of the crime of genocide against the Kurdish Failis 1980-2003. In each article, we will present the social, economic, and psychological aspects of the Kurdish Failis, who have lived in difficult conditions due to forced displacement. 
As a result, it can be said that the genocide of the Failis was a planned crime; the goal of the Iraqi government was to destroy the Kurdish individual, reduce the number of Kurds, Arabize the territory, and destroy the order of Kurdish society.
