Abstract


The current study aimed to show the impact of virtual reality requirements and its variables on the development of Islamic vocational schools and its variables. The research problem emerged by determining the effect of virtual reality with the required specifications and dimensions on the development of Islamic vocational schools, should it be adopted by the administrative leadership in Islamic vocational schools in the Nineveh Education Directorate. A hypothetical framework was developed to test the main and sub-hypotheses of the study and to answer the questions mentioned in the research problem. The field of study is represented by the Nineveh Education Directorate, while the study community consisted of a group of administrative leaders in the Nineveh Education Directorate, including (directors and their assistants, directors of scientific centers, heads of departments, and supervisors of Islamic vocational scientific units). By relying on the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data and field information, which was distributed manually, the number of valid questionnaires for analysis reached (205). The descriptive analytical method was used to analyze the data collected from the study area, relying on several statistical methods represented by (mean, standard deviation, response rate, confirmatory factor analysis, and correlation coefficient), using the ready-made statistical programming (SPSS V26) and the (AMOS V24) program. The researchers extracted from the study results that there is a significant impact relationship of virtual reality requirements in developing Islamic vocational schools. The study revealed that the use of virtual reality in Islamic vocational training enhances the effectiveness of learning and helps trainees acquire skills more quickly and accurately. It also reduces the costs associated with training employees and decreases the need to provide real equipment or travel to training locations
