Anaerobic and aerobic effort according to heart rate and their relationship to the accuracy of some handball shooting skills for students of the Faculty of Physical Education

The research aims to identify the pulse rate for the anaerobic and aerobic effort in the research sample, and to identify the relationship between the anaerobic and aerobic effort according to the pulse rate and the accuracy of the skill of close and long-range shooting with handball. Research sample consists of two groups, the first group is ten students (anaerobic effort) and the second group (aerobic effort), aged (20) to (22) years, as they were chosen by random intentional method and they were students of the College of Education. The experiment was carried out for each group with one pre-test and post-test, and after that the data was collected, transcribed and processed using the statistical methods (V2025 SPSS). The researchers reached the following conclusions; significant correlation between anaerobic effort and pulse rate, meaning whenever the greater the effort, the greater the pulse rate, significant correlation between the anaerobic effort according to the pulse rate and a post-measurement for the accuracy of near and long shooting. There is a significant correlation between two pre-measurements according to the pulse rate and a pre-measurement for the accuracy of some handball shooting skills and there is no significant correlation between the aerobic effort between the measurement. Pre and post for the accuracy of near and long-range shooting among the research sample. One of the most important recommendations is the necessity of focusing on anaerobic effort according to pulse rate because it is the basis for developing the accuracy of near and long shooting that characterizes the game.
