(Saydat Zuhal) is one of the Iraqi novels that were able to simulate and depict the Iraqi reality in all its details during a specific period of times a period after the fall of the Baathist regime. Iraq lived through a state of insecurity and chaos which the Iraqi individuals had not previously witnessed.
In this period of time human standards have changed and their priorities and even principles have changed. After they were adhering to his customs and traditions while preserving their coming generation the Iraqi individuals started looking for any means by which they could gain their livelihood. The novel depicts the pain and suffering that the Iraqi suffered at that time so that that grief and that pain reached its most extreme stage when the Iraqi lost its identity and consciousness. Therefores through our study of the novel we decided to reveal the psychological aspects of the human being as portrayed by Latifa Al-Dulaimi the Iraqi writer who was able to clarify the negative image with her ability to display beauty within all that ugliness and to display peace among all wars landmarks and safety in the subconscious and involuntary the society was suffering from. This study dealt with the psychological aspects of the Iraqi from losing their identities leaving their consciousness and entering worlds to which they do not belong with the study of characters through dialogue and the disclosure of their events little by little.
