Abstract
In this research entitled (The international legal nature of the crime of genocide against the Yazidis) under the study of the legal nature of the genocide crimes committed by ISIS terrorist organizations against the Yazidis, so the study focused on the pillars of this crime and its three elements (the material and the international pillar) When identifying the types of crime of genocide and classifying acts and practices that are contrary to the relevant rules of international law embodied in the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide.
In order to study aspects of the research, it has been divided as follows:
The first topic: The crime of genocide against the Yazidis in light of the Convention on the Prevention of the Crime of Genocide. First requirement: the types of crimes committed against the Yazidis in light of the Convention on
the Prevention of Genocide. The second requirement: Classifying the crimes committed against the Yezidis in light of the Convention on the Prevention of the Crime of Genocide.
The second topic: The basic elements for the genocide against the Yazidis. The first requirement: the elements of the crime of extermination of the Yazidis in light of the Convention on the Prevention of the Crime of Genocide.
Second requirement: Pictures of crimes committed against the Yezidis in light of the Convention on the Prevention of the Crime of Genocide.
