Abstract


Scientific progress is among the characteristics of the modern era that included all aspects of life,
especially the physical and mathematical side, which has developed as a result of studies and research
based on scientific foundations in order to achieve access to accurate results that provide the most
appropriate solutions with the economy in effort and time in the performance of skills for sports and
the research problem lies By knowing that the skillful performance of practitioners in Qiwan
Swimming pool in the activity of free Swimming is substandard and that is due to several reasons
(physical, psychological, cognitive, mental and others). As the researcher decided to address the
sequential and random methods, knowing the cerebral sovereignty and the type of exercises with 
some methods that help to learn skills and perform them in the correct way for practitioners, because
the effectiveness of free Swimming needs mental capabilities applied in skillful performance and the
research aims to prepare exercises in the sequential and random methods of free Swimming
effectiveness, and get to know On the effect of two methods exercises in learning the effectiveness
of free Swimming for those with cerebral sovereignty (right - left). Through these procedures, the
researcher used the experimental approach to its relevance to the nature of the problem, and this
section included devices and auxiliary tools, means for gathering information, two experimental
experiments, tests used in the research, the scientific foundations of tribal and dimensional tests and
statistical methods used in data processing. Tribal and posttest tests and finding the significance of
the differences, by presenting them in the form
