Abstract

The phenomenon of globalization has been studied in light of the great developments that have
taken place in international institutions and networks with the advent of the Internet. After 2011, the
phenomenon of globalization has affected the culture of national security in the Middle East. In order
to formulate a balanced equation between the interest of the citizen and the national interest, also for
protecting the culture and national security, and after the inability of the political systems in those
countries to carry out their tasks in building their institutions and individual in society, the necessity
of determining the type of relationship between globalization, society and the citizen is required. This
is can be done by identifying the concept of globalization and the most important manifestations and
areas of impact on humans. Also, by discussing the extent of human willingness to adapt and interact
with this phenomenon, which has become an inevitable fact of life in the future.
